HLSW in der Version 1.4.0.2 neu erschienen!

Am gestrigen Dienstag wurde eine neue Version des meistgenutzten Server- und Wartungstools “HLSW” veröffentlicht. Die neue Version hört auf die Nummer “1.4.0.2″ und es wird jetzt auch Teamspeak 2 und Teamspeak 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2 und Brink unterstützt. Des Weiteren wurden einige Programm Fehler gefixt.

Changelog:

- Added support for games using a TCP-based query protocol
- Added support for games that HLSW could not automatically detect by entering the ip address
- Added game selection drop down box in front of the address bar.
- Not detectable games are displayed in the address bar as ip:port/
- Extended HLSW URLs and ip:port field: Supporting now ip:port/additionally to ip:port?Game=
- New Tools: TeampSpeak 2, TeampSpeak 3
- New Game: Battlefield Bad Company 2 (it is not possible to connect to game servers)
- New Game: Brink (inclusive rcon support). Thanks to Matthias Schenzle for his support.
- Browser: Added throbber
- Browser: Back/Forward icons are disabled if the button would have no effect
- SSLF Import: Minor faults in SSLF files produce now only warnings and do not stop loading the file.
- Added text server lists as import/export
- HL2: Supporting the new S2A_LOGSTRING2 UDP packet for receiving server log
- BugFix: Browser: Problems on resize on win7
- BugFix: Server Details View: The country flag of the last game server was displayed if no country was availables
- BugFix: D3 rcon was not working

Kleine Überraschung. Gerade mal eine Woche ist die Ankündigung für ein weiteres herunterladbares Kartenpaket für Homefront her und schon gibt es einen Veröffentlichungstermin.

“The Rock” nennt sich – wie berichtet – das neue Paket, das vier neue Maps mit sich bringt.

Heute erscheint das Kartenpaket für 400 Microsoft Punkte (rund 5 Euro) für die Xbox360 im Xbox Live Marketplace. Etwa einen Monat später dann wahrscheinlich auch für PC und Playstation 3.

“THE ROCK” Map Pack, Coming Soon!

THQ is pleased to announce that “THE ROCK” Map Pack will soon be available for Homefront® Multiplayer, first on the Microsoft® Xbox 360!

Fall in soldier! Command has issued orders to capture two all new Homefront® Multiplayer maps – Alcatraz and Bridge, as well as new areas to dominate the enemy in Team Deathmatch.

We’re going to take back San Francisco, one piece at a time:

- Alcatraz – America’s most infamous prison becomes the site of fierce close-quarters fighting.
- Bridge – A combined arms effort to secure the North Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area, large-scale warfare at its best!
- Waterway – Wage war atop storefronts and in the streets of the Spillway, where every inch feels like a mile.
- Overpass – Battle in a fan-favorite Ground Control space for the first time in Team Deathmatch!

This Homefront DLC offering will be available first for download on Xbox Live for the suggested price of 400 Microsoft Points, carrying you further into a war-torn occupied America. Ready the troops, “THE ROCK” is coming soon!

PlayStation 3 Update Now Available by THQ CHEF Fri, 07/15/2011

A Homefront® update is now available for download on the PlayStation Network. This update should improve Homefront®’s overall game stability and network connectivity on the PlayStation 3, a summary of a number of the changes can be found below.

Ability Pack:

- Ice Cold: Invisible on thermal views and airstrike sensors
- Situational Awareness: Enemy name appears when shot
- EMP Tactician: Deal more damage vs EMP’d vehicles
- Short Fuse: Reduced cook time on frag grenades
- Bomb Suit: Take less damage from explosives

Improvements to:

- Crashes
- Rank Resets
- Online stability
- Rendering optimizations & improvements
- Online connectivity

We are also happy to announce the first Homefront DLC offering is scheduled to be available on August 2/3 for all Sony territories – the “Fire Sale” Map Pack will carry you further into the heart of a war torn and twisted America.
